The OpenTrial International Online Community aims to serve the needs of those wishing to advance the rule of law by reducing the scope for corruption and violence in legal systems, with the aim of facilitating economic development and human rights and, thus, human dignity. Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, police, court officials, academics, activists, government officials, employees of NGOs and international organisations as well as interested lay-persons are all urged to participate.
